Our Show It and Put it Everywhere plans include a month-to-month option, and you may cancel any time. We offer additional savings if you choose to pre-pay for 12 months. Our Custom plans start with a 12-month commitment.
Yes, you may cancel at any time on our Show It and Put It Everywhere plans. You will have access to your account until the end of your pre-paid billing period.
If you have opted to lock in additional savings by committing to a longer-term contract, please refer to the length and billing terms of your contract. You may contact support at any time with additional questions about your specific contract.
Yes, there is a small "Powered by Rivet Works" mark that will appear as part of the solution. Custom plans may choose to white label the solution.
All of Rivet Works’ plans include access to an exportable CSV report as well as dashboards. The Put It Everywhere plan provides access to a conversion and sales dashboard.
Yes, you can add users to your Rivet Works account. Please email email@example.com with the user’s email address and they will be issued an account.

You will be alerted if you exceed the maximum submissions for your free Try It plan. You will have the option of upgrading your plan. Moving from the Try It plan to the Show It plan allows you to collect an unlimited amount of content.
We typically require purchases to be made by credit card. If you require to pay by manual check or ACH, you may incur additional fees.
If you purchased a Rivet Works plan through the Shopify app store, you will be billed through Shopify. See Shopify App Billing Support for more details.
