Our plans are month-to-month, and you may cancel any time. We offer additional savings if you choose to pre-pay for 12 months.
Yes, you may cancel at any time. Rivet Works does not require commitments or long-term contracts. You will have access to your account until the end of your pre-paid billing period.
If you have opted to lock in additional savings by committing to a longer-term contract, please refer to the length and billing terms of your contract. You may contact support at any time with additional questions about your specific contract.
Yes, there is a small "Powered by Rivet Works" mark will appear on the "Get Started" and "Thank You" screens of your collector and below the embeddable displays.
All of Rivet Works’ plans include access to an exportable CSV report as well as dashboards. The Put It Everywhere plan provides access to a conversion and sales dashboard.
Yes, you can add users to your Rivet Works account. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the user’s email address and they will be issued an account.

A submission occurs when a user clicks submit at the end of your content collector. A submission can contain but is not limited to multiple photos/videos, captions, narrative, a star rating, profile data, and an opt-in. No matter how much content and data is collected in a single submission it will only count as 1 submission. Submission totals include the count of both approved and rejected submissions.
You will be alerted if you exceed the maximum submissions for your free Try It plan. You will have the option of upgrading your plan. Moving from the Try It plan to the Show It plan allows you to collect an unlimited amount of content.
You will be billed an additional $20 per 100 email invitations sent. The email invitation overage will be billed one month in arrears. Contact us if you have any questions!
We typically require purchases to be made by credit card. If you require to pay by manual check or ACH, you may incur additional fees.
If you purchased a Rivet Works plan through the Shopify app store, you will be billed through Shopify. See Shopify App Billing Support for more details.
